Coleophora confluella is a moth of the family Coleophoridae. It is found in on the Canary Islands.

The larvae feed on Cistus monspeliensis, Cistus vaginatus, Helianthemum guttatum and Tuberaria species.[2] Larvae can be found from March to April.
